The breakfast included homemade items with quality products. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The hotel location is convenient. It is easy to get to public transport.
The lift was very small and only fit one person with luggage.

i appreciated the friendly staff and helpful service. the hotel also provided all day coffee, tea, infused water, and snacks next to the lobby. (this was a great addition!)

homemade option high-quality product slipper sock slipping mattress poor insulation loud snoring
the breakfast was amazing!!! i loved the homemade options and the high-quality products. our room, the double city view, was lovely. it also had thoughtful extras like slipper socks and dressing gowns!!!
the mattresses were slipping off the bed. i had trouble getting comfortable. the room seemed to have poor sound insulation, and loud snoring next door kept me awake.
